Hey guys! Just ordered myself a set of DiMarzio EJ humbuckers with nickel covers for my SG Standard. I want to get some really nice clean tones so I'm trying to set up some sort of coil tap *and* series/parallel switching. I've heard of people being able to switch between the actual coil in a humbucker (master/slave?) but I can't find any info on this. Do you guys have any advice and/or tips?
Oh yeah... Check out this guy's website!  Lots of good info about this (plus he's easy to ask questions of - nice guy).

I have custom Fat-O for Fatties in both my gaudy custom and another that isn't finished yet.

Here's a .pdf I created (and laminated) to be able to see at a glance what settings to use (I have 24(!) different options now).

The megaswitch for 2 hums will do something like that.

You can also use the superswitch.  You kind of have to know what you are doing.  But generally with 4 poles on the switch and 4-conductor pickups, you can do pretty much anything...
I like those mega switches. I like the e model for 2 hbkkrs and a single.
