Man that looks great, what a nice job. You need to do this as a sideline. I was gonna get one of those Fender Super Champ XD"s and priced a cab to turn it into a 1-12" instead of a 1-10" and the guy wanted $275, and his work was no better than yours (if it was as good).

Thanks guys! The cost isn't really that much. I'll break it down for you...
1. Tolex - $15 per yd. (3 yds = $45.00)
2. Glue - $5.00
3. Wood - $10.00 2'x4' of 5/8" plywood (head cab only)
4. Grill cloth - $15.00 per yd. (1 yd = $15.00)
5. Piping - $1.00 per ft. (15 ft. = $15.00)
6. Logo - 9" Marshall logo = $22.00
7. Misc. - (screws,staples, etc.) $15.00
TOTAL = $127.00
Now remember, I did the 2x12 cab AND the head cab and I still have enough material (not counting wood) to do another head cab! Now I'll break it down for JUST the head cab.

3. Wood - about $8.00

5. Piping - about 4 ft, so $4.00

Funny thing is, I haven't had a chance to play it yet! I was planning on doing the cab insulation test thingy on the 2x12 cab this past weekend but ended up focusing on the head until it was finished. So, now I will try to get it done this weekend.
