LMAO. I just signed in here JUST to post that. I had this idea YEARS ago and discussed making a "screamer type pedal but with parametric mid controls" with Dar probably at least 10 years ago. I got notice of this last night, and logged in JUST to post this for you.
Kieth obviously likes it. IMHO, this could be a KILLER pedal. My idea years ago was based on the fact that, no pedal is perfect for every guitar, pickup type, amp, speaker etc. type. This could be just as perfect with your humbucker guitar, gainy amp and greenbacks, as it could with your strat or tele with a clean fender amp and any other gear chain. This should be a game changer! I want.
It's a clone of the Pearl OD-05... made in 73-78. Never caught on I guess. Should be just what you want though, as it's a TS topology.
Yeah, I hadn't heard of it til I saw this ad. If I read it right he's added a couple modes that make it close to what I envisioned, and is suggesting a couple other mods to try, clipping options, etc. This should be an killer pedal IMO.
