The Watering Hole

I rarely play my Fender Aerodyne Telecaster because the bridge PU has too much high frequencies for my taste even though I swapped out the single coil for a mini humbucker.  Also the action was too high and the neck P90 was too low from the strings.

I recently added a strip of folded tin foil and placed it between the body and upper neck screws so I could lower the action without fret buzz.  I also added some spacers under the P90 to bring up the volume closer to the bridge PU.  I am enjoying it a whole lot more now but the bridge PU still irritates me.

Does anybody have any suggestions for soldering in a/some resistors, capacitors, flux compacitors, etc. to the wiring of the PU to drain some of the highs?
This should help

Dale, that was an interesting read.  Thanks for the link.

Dirk is describing the use of capacitors in conjunction with the tone pot.  Can I add a capacitor inline with the bridge PU only since I don't want to change the tone of the neck PU?
I am sure there is a way, but it is beyond what I do ... or know how to do myself without hiring experts.
OK thanks, Doc.  I think I know of a place to ask this question.
