Need 5 position switch — The Watering Hole

Hi,

I just unsoldered my volume pot on my Ibanez RG321 and it has a big bunch of wires and although I had them tied together I some how got the things all screwed up. Now I am in a bind. A while back someone (I think Charger or Howie) posted something about a company that makes a bunch of 5 position switches, I am in terrible need of finding a new 5 position switch and a wiring diagram for a 2 humbucking pup guitar which will give me options on how to wire it for;

Full rear, split (no hum), both, split other two coils (no hum) and full front. Anyone remember that URL for that website?

Any help appreciated.

I figured the thing out with a little help from the Gear Page. I got the guitar back up and running. However I would still like to have that url for future purposes.

Thanks Crag, that ain't the one I read about here on the Bert Cave a few months back. I got my guitar working great, but I would like to found the site that those guys posted about back then.

Not sure there was any special site for 5-way wiring posted, but with two humbuckers and a strat 5-way switch you can do just about anything... Seymour Duncan's site has a really great collection of wiring options.

I remember seeing a site where there was a bunch of custom ways to wire a bunch of different 5 way switches, I should have copied the URL down back then but I didn't. Oh well. I have a bunch of different 5 ways, including standard 5 ways, but those i saw back then looked different than anything I have and still very interesting.

Dave, I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to, as the switch thing has come up several times in the past.

I don't remember either but there was a switch vendor that had 5 position switches for every kind of 2 and 3 pup config. I don't remember if I read it here, or on another board. Oh well! All is well with the RG wiring anyways.
