I was looking for a Wah plug-in and I found this one I thought worth sharing. It's not free, but fully functional to try. I did pay to have the noise removed. It has a noise burst every 40 sec. Removed for a fee of $19.

I think the plug-in sounds good and has a lot of adjustment to it's function. I don't know about the pedal build, but thought it worth sharing. Seems what your building is a USB converter for an existing pedal.
This Developer has a whole bunch of VST Plug-ins. Effects, Amps and the like. I have only tried the Wah, so far. I downloaded the Fuzz and a few others, but haven't tried them yet.
