My attempt after a month or so I don't touch the guitar. (...now that I've listened to the take I know why.. ;D ;D )
I like it! emotion coming through is always cool... even if the emotion is frustration :)
Nice one. I'll grab it (always play along with every bt) and if something a little embarrassing or better results I'll post up.

Second (and last... :) ) attempt.
Changed the sounds, changed the ending part, added a bit of slide guitar in the background....and drank a pair of beers before the takes.. :D

just love it - the intro is perfect... the background slide later is so cool.
kinda wish I'd had it go back to the mellow intro part for one more section at the end so you could ease out with the trem lines again.
only problem for me now is I have to do a take on this and have no idea what I'd want to do differently! ugh, lol!

more high end than normal... might have mixed guitars a little loud in the middle. wasn't planning on using the bogner on this but had to take the flexi in for repairs (probably a bad solder joint somewhere... intermittent failures, then no tube heaters at all). anyways, as inevitably happens when the bogner's involved, this got more modern sounding than I started off thinking I was going to do it. heh.

"no trem" + "no overt blues riffs" + "no slide" = boring clean melody + tape echo noises + the first three notes from the sweet chile o' mine solo + auto-wah wanky outro. ;) :D
There's Nothing boring in your take....trem, blues riff and slide are just old clichè you can avoid thanks to your skill!
Go ahead and publish the CD that we are waiting!! :)
