Friday Night Jams

Was  jamming around checking out the soft tube plug tonight.
A bit rough around the edges  but I thought this short was pretty jammable.

Nice one Finga !

Here's my take: http://www.lwbguitars.net/Music/FingaJam_lwb.mp3

Ciao !

Very nice  Marco.

Did you use softube ? tone sounds similar to your recent soundcheck  - sounds cool

Hi Finga !
Thanks !

Not Softube this time... I'm trying the Amplitube 2 demo (ten days free..). Good piece of sorftware but too expensive.
Just installed Guitar Rig3 demo but not played yet. If this one sounds as good as AT2, maybe the XE version (94 euro) could be my next purchase..

Ciao !
Marco
The price of softube is much more reasonable :)
Right !!  ;)
I couldn't get the file to convert inside logic... dunno wtf that's about.

anyway - here's the idea in a cobbled together substitue jam.

Real nice one sheep.
Bass n Drums sound really good - better than the ropey BT I posted.
Developed the idea nicely, sounds like you could go further with it.
Like it is building to some kind of craziness of a break down then it stops suddenly.
I did use a Software Plug-in for the guitar.

Got to this one last night... playing is all right, too lazy to fix the mistakes...
🎵 fing_funk_charger.mp3
DM - Nearly blew me off my chair - what's that they are singing - OMMMMMMMMM :)
good one - kinda spooky - like the Omen - Damien does Funk

charger - cool tone - got those trade mark fast legato runs in there - some spots stand out really jazzy  make e.g. around 50s  and 1:12
reminds me of some crazy alto sax runs by Courtney Pine.
A "D" note. LOL!!! :D  I was futzing around with soft synth and came across "Choir Ahhs".  I started laughing, and left it.  I was also playing around with some volume automation that I learned from Charger.  WTF!  :D
I'm a bit late on this, but here it is anyway.

Nice jam Jon.
Never too late - I haven't even done one yet.
