Cool BT - I like this D&B thing - gives freedom

gave me ideas

One of which was to turn on the XT and play using  old  patches on there.
some have labels like "Van Halen"  :o  :) - can't be my naming -  must have downloaded it.
has all lights lit on the fx :)
My patch naming is incomprehensibly short and coded if I bothered at all.

sheep - seriously great tone and  playing
that was cool fingers! I don't think I've heard you tap before.

closest I've come to patches lately are random pictures of amp knobs... gave up on it though. not that hard to re-tweak an amp. ;)

thanks btw!
pics of amp settings - it would need to have every part of the chain - from guitar, peds, amps mic and preamp and possibly daw.
a lot of effort and even then it would sound different the next day and be tweaked for the day.

Just realised this jam has a Halloween munsters vibe to it
A descending minor thing.

scary :)
Just fired up the C30 and had a go at this. Recorded using my new mic (Aventone CK7), close miced.
and added a little bit of delay for good measure.

That mic sounds killer... what are you running in front of the C30?

Nothing at all other than Epiphone Les Paul, no pedals.  Distortion is all from C30, pre 7, post 2, treble 9, bass and mid up the middle.  It's funny, because the same settings captured with an sm57 sound shit.
Okay, I'm having way too much fun.  I actually did record a couple passes of lead on this, but honestly liked my rhythm parts so much more I didn't want to clutter them up.  Again, strat > PodFarm.  Couple of fuzz tones, one more disintegrating than the other.  Slides, hammers, pull-offs and gobs of wacky distortion.
