It seems that the telecaster and the c30 make good noises together. Amazing the difference that a change of guitar makes. Just can't getclose to that tone with the les paul, even with the coil taps

I like that fingers, even with the flubs! It has a nice old school feel to it, a raw earthiness to it, just the way blues should be.

Great tone too. How was that recorded?

Direct thru Vintage Amp Room plug - a "cough" demo version that was posted a few years back either here or the WH.
I think Marco discovered it.
It's good and only does raw amp recording - which I like.

I was pretty close to drunk last night and it was late and it's a good substitute for dragging out an amp.

I'm amazed that it's the plugin. I also have "cough" vintage amp room plugin but have never been able to get it to sound that good.

I really thought that was your amp with the mic set back a few feet to capture the room too. Good stuff!

For once I recorded something.

Squier ProTone Strat->TonePort GX->Gearbox (L6 Sparkle model w/Tube Drive stomp and a teeny bit of reverb).

I love this sort of thing. I still haven't figured out why. I think it's just the freedom the simplicity of the familiar 12-bar progression gives you.
