One rule only on this one.  NO multi-guitar parts please.  In the true spirit of a "Jam" just go with it in one take with one guitar and see what magic happens.  The drums should be sufficiently large enough to not need two guitars to fill the sound.

Actually No. I thought your multi-guitar take on sheeps FNJ was very good.   I just wanted to try and get the FNJ's back to "jams" rather than worked out sessions if you know what I mean!

;D  I will.  It will probably be later tonight.  I got an interview to prepare questions for.

But at any rate I haven't really played guitar in a month and I had a lot of time....so I wanted to see if I could apply a few things I have been tinkering with.  

I know what you mean about making it a jam.  That's what I normally do.  I DID improvise the main guitar part in one take.  It's kinda funny I knew I wanted a little harmony thing....just a phrase one time.  But then as I listened back I found these phrases that said, "Do me to".  It really sucks figuring out what you did it's not just the notes you know.  hehehehe

Same here - 1st take with a bunch of jamming before - hardly worth setting up a jam if you are going to jam for 1 1/2 mins.

Sheep...nice!  Really nice in fact.. Yep, I enjoyed that.

Fingers....A good one too.  

I like this approach to playing in the FNJ much better than multi-tracked harmonized takes.  I love the spontaneousness of true "jam" playing, even if it has mistakes in it to be honest, as the passion in the playing shines through in a true jam.
