No time yet for a take on this nice Clapton flavored BT, but I am curious about the new new amp...

:)
:)

Both the Peavey's (Classic 50 and the Delta Blues) are gone, replaced by two Fender !
The one used on this BT is the little 15Watt (1x12) Blues Junior !

Ciao !
Marco

P.S. The other Fender is this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0gd683CysA  ;)
Super 60 sounds great Marco.

Good to hear you playing again, sheep.
Marco what are the beats per minute on this tune? I want to plug that into my sequencer for proper editing, then I will give it a shot. PM me your full name so I can give you credit for the backing track on my Soundclick page.
75 bpm worked for me.
75 bpm for me too.   BTW - I liked both of yours Sheep.

Thanks, I have the beats per minute analyzer, it said 150 BPM so it must have read it in times 2 or something. I knew 150 BPM was way off so I guessed 75 was the correct timing, just wanted to make sure.
Ok On my Soundclick page is my take on this very good backing track

Look for "She Don't Like It"

Wow, that's great ! Thanks DBM ! :)
Thanks Marco and Sheep. I did not spend a whole lot of time on it, my DAW was acting up, so I went out there (to my shed where the DAW is) Prepared to reload some software and the thing started working OK, so I went in and got my Agile to see how the DAW worked. Plugged it into the Tonelab and did the cleans no editing or second takes, and then stuck my Nady TD1 tube distortion in front of the T-lab and did the overdrives, no editing. Then I thought why not shoot the vocals in and 10 minutes later the tune was mixed and MP3'd couple of hours tops. I could improve on it of course by listening to it and finding the best parts and expanding on them like I usually do, as I improvise everything in always.

Marco the playing on that BT was excellent. sweet and clean. Lots of stuff going on, although it seems simple enough, it is very well done.
I listened to your takes on the new amp jam FNJ, excellent playing by all three of you of course.

Marco what scale were you using as your lead scale of choice on this take?
Pipes sound good DBM.  Nice playing and tone from the TL too.

I think about Sly Doggie every time I go into Davenport...  Lemme know if you ever decide to try to get to Berthole Palooza or are heading out east on I-80.

I love to sing , but I really torched my voice yelling at my daughter's BB games.  Sometimes it works, but not like a few years ago.  Sad and stupid.   :-[

I would like to help you, but I really don't know what I play... what I do is only "glue" some lick I've learned during the years..nothing more.. :)

Ciao !
Marco
Thanks Tobe for the kind words. I told that Sly Dog story to my wife in the moonlight at the campground a few nights back, and then played her the song on the way home from California. Sly was one cool animal. He left an impression on me that will last as long as I do.

Oh well Marco thanks for the explanation. Sometimes not knowing what you do means nothing if it sounds as good as your licks did.
