Yeah, that happens once in a while. Workaround, just write that person back a new PM.
What about that one from Microsoft that turns off the browser? The one that wants to "send" a report to Microsoft?

I am not sure what you guys are talking about. I've never had this forum crash any browser... even when I have tried it with IE or Chrome or Firefox. If you can be more specific about how you get crashes, I can look into it... but the code for this forum is incredibly simple and you're just getting HTML and javascript here...
I get two PM's. If I answer one. No issue. When I go to send the second one I get the warning that was already mentioned in this thread.
I THINK....it may have something to do with how many PM's you can send out at a time. If I come in the next day.....and can answer the other PM no issue. So I think i's some sort of weird timing issue.
Yeah, the PM bug is a known issue, and it has nothing to do with your browser. I sometimes get it on Firefox too. It's, unfortunately, somewhat random in occurrence. I can update the forum software but I have been reluctant to do it so far because it is a somewhat long process and I just don't have much time.
What I was concerned about was "crashing." If this forum is crashing someone's browser, that's a much more serious issue.
can't say I have ever had THAT issue.
