Getting a strange error on replies...

I've gotten the following error a few times when I try to reply. Not sure what it means.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webadmin@kundenserver.de and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What browser? I'll check the logs. This forum is aging, and I am very close to upgrading... I'd do it if I had a free couple of hours, but I haven't had that... since I had kids. Maybe after the new year, when all the vacations are over with, etc.

IE9. It's working this morning after a computer cleaning and reboot though. Probably something on my end.
