The Watering Hole

When I start a new topic, the "attach" line is missing from my screen, so I can't start a new thread and put a picture in the first post.  

What do I do to fix this?  

Don't try to attach a picture into the first post of a new thread?  ;) :D

(Just start the new topic and reply right away - I'm sure that would work sufficiently for ya. :) )

In which forum?  Some forums don't allow attachments (it's not the default setting, so I have had to manually adjust it for every forum that does have attachments).

There's your problem right there.  Charger didn't set up the Politics forum to allow easy uploads of stupid pictures.  We call it the "Randy Rule." LOL! ;) :D ;D

I changed the setting, though Politics has managed to be pretty hopping without the use of attachments.  If it starts to get too "picture unrelated" in there, I'll change it back.

I actually included that one and then immediately removed it when I found it was faked (I saw the original picture, Palin has a much cuter face).
