Cool - law enforcement is an ASS.
No idea with NY - but in London I do have issues with cyclists thinking they can just ignore red lights though
I am ok with it to a degree - but it has got to the point where some think that proceeding with caution has been replaced with a right of way regardless.
And I do sometimes have to stop myself from kicking them off their bikes when they cut me up crossing the road at lights.
But in that video - it is all on his side.

I ride my bike here in our community, absolutely no one stops at the stop signs here so neither do I, unless there are cars or pedestrians, or golf carts that got to the intersection first. But we have some old busy bodies that yell at us when we just blast through them. I usually give them the finger..............
