Hospice is end of life care, as sad as it seems, that is the truth. Of course he may not pass for months or years but Hospice care is not hospital care as far as I know.

We all gotta die, and I wish for BB KIng the same thing I wish for myself. If I gotta go I want it to be quick and easy, and that is what I wish for Mr Riley B King as well.

I saw BB King live in Sun City West Arizona 7 or 8 years ago. He was 82 years old at the time. He played very very well, nothing flashy, but every note right on & in the right place, His singing voice was very powerful, very good. He told stories about half the time he was on stage, and it was fun to hear them, and interesting to listen to. A master showman, some of the sweetest blues tones of all the blues guys out there. The show was one of the better ones I have ever attended.
Damn. That was a bucket list thing for me. If I had one to pick, it would be him for his playing, signing, and over all experience. I hope he lives and plays till he's 160 yrs old. :)
Damn.  :'(

He had a long career considering he suffers from diabetes. I've seen him in concert several times and would again if I could. The last show I attended he was 79 and sat most of the time.

Our last jam we played The Thrill is Gone, which got us speculating about if BB was still touring, and decided we would not miss him if he went out again.
These threads are getting confusing since Ben E. King (who sang Stand By Me) died yesterday...
I thought Micky Gilley sang that.  ;D

The Alabama red neck comes out from time to time.
