I truly do hate this kind of "bollock" speak.  Of itself the statement from this guy makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.  Corporate people will defend this kind of statement all day long because it's the sort of corporate crap that keeps their jobs, but just scratch the surface of this kind of statement and it means absolutely fuck all.
