I went to a seminar on Hemp CBD oils (which are now fully legal in the USA) So I bought an $80+ little bottle of hemp oil (this one) www.hemplucid.com/collections/all/products/mct/?attribute_pa_strength=500mg from the lady who was teaching the seminar. I learned a bunch about CBD's from her and began taking 4 drops of the oil daily. I have to say that the use of CBD oil has sharpened my brain up a bunch, and it totally eliminated my finger bone joint problems from guitar practice, and mitigated the other arthritic joint problems to minor irritation instead of sharp pains. Of course I bought the next dose on line for about 20 bucks less as indicated on the link above. The bottle is only a small bottle but I have been  taking 6 drops of it daily for about 2 months and I still have half a bottle of the first bottle left. I also learned that just because it is CBD it is not necessarily the best option, so going to the seminar I learned the difference in how the CBD was extracted from the hemp plant and the CO2 extraction is the best (she said) which the bottle above is done in that way.

The one thing she taught me was that our bodies have natural cannabinoid receptors because we as humans have always ingested the hemp and marijuana plants as a matter of course. It has only been since the 1930's or so that it has been outlawed in the USA and other developed countries, and our bodies are starved for that kind of intake. At first for the first week or so, the CBD oil acted like a slight dose of speed until my body got used to it. So I do take my dose early but it no longer has that upper effect on me.
I need an alternative to nsaids - I take advil daily and it can't be good for the long haul. Unfortunately I live in a state that would rather see me writhing in pain or dead than risk the 'safety' of constituents on something related to 'devil weed.' Have to get diagnosed with certain diseases and arthritis is not one of them, get a card and probably lose some constitutionally guaranteed rights. As soon as the legality is clarified I will give it a try.

Hemp and hemp products are now legal in all states I think. It is not marijuana, it is a cousin plant to marijuana. It contains a little trace of THC but it does not effect as the CBD's overpower the 2% THC content and render that THC ineffective.
I looked into it and here:

"possession of even small amounts is a misdemeanor crime, but in contrast with some other states, even repeated arrests for possession, and for any quantity, provided it is personal and not for distribution, are misdemeanors and not felonies. However, CBD oil is permitted for only a limited number of medical conditions."

Too many old farmers that formed their opinion of cannabis from watching Reefer Madness. You can practically get Opioids for a hangover but CBD is scary dangerous!  ;D
Bottom line, it is legal to purchase and consume hemp-derived-CBD in all 50 states.

Yep, CBD is legal in all states. It can work for you. However, even better is with some THC, something like a 3:1 ratio of CBD to THC can be really great, but even very low concentrations, e.g. 12:1, or 20:1, just gives it that extra little bump. But yeah, you should be able to get CBD in every state legally.
@Charger, we have the med card in the house, so we can also legally get CBD's with THC's in Arizona and any reasonable amount of THC bearing items at the med weed dispensaries. (And believe me we have a wide variety of edibles, and a wide variety of tinctures etc). I make indica heavy brownies, and use them as a sleep aid, and they work wonderfully.
