I've grown to really enjoy the k240s headphone. I was wondering if you've had a chance to listen to these and what your opinion was of them. Thanks!

Also. I need something to listen to a song to....and take out all vocals so I can concentrate on the music only. Can you do something like that with garage band or something else? This is not something I'm doing song wise. I have a song in mind that I like the music, but want to add my own vocals to and possibly change some parts of the song. I need something cheap but effective. I just want to do a first time vocal thing for my wife for her birthday and I can't sing that well. Thanks. Again!

Funny that you mention this because I have been waffling for weeks now on buying some new ones, those exact headphones... My old ones are the very high impedance ones that needed a massive amp to drive them and I've heard the new ones are much louder.

As far as removing vocals, there are a million karaoke plugins and tools on the web, it shouldn't be hard to find one... I don't have any specific recommendations but tell me what you find, I think it'd be fun to do this too.

I guess you have the 240M??? Have you tried these, k240s, 100 bucks cheaper than the new ones I mentioned? 55ohm. A good mp3 player sounds pretty well with these. They are the ones I have. I was just wondering if these sound any better, or what the main difference is, I guess.
