So has anyone heard from Dave (DBM) ? Would be a shame if he has simply "left". I don't have facebook any more so I can't ask him. (Deleted my facebook account years ago, wastes too much time)

I didn't ask what you were talking about, I asked what the issue with Dave (the subject of this thread) is really about. It doesn't sound like him to make impulsive decisions (quitting the forum & unfriending Charger) without any comment about why. I'm hoping he's still above ground and kicking.

Why do you think he left? Same reason all other conservative, religious people did maybe? Not really hard to figure out. I've talked to him from time to time on the phone and he's fine, as far as i know. We didn't really discuss the bert cave. I'll give him a call in the next few days, but I'm sure he's fine.

I talked to him on facebook, and there was no particular issue. he said he was just cleaning up and removing himself from sites or something. I thought it was pretty weird because he's been posting here and we've been replying to him, but I think he's just kind of an odd fellow. And he's definitely not a conservative...
