I had trouble with the keyboard in my laptop, one of the number keys was not working at times. The guy drove out here at 8:30 PM last evening and fixed it with a new keyboard. The process was so simple I could have done it myself easy. He also let me keep the old keyboard just in case this new one failed after warantee. Cool as can be. No cost to me either.

that is pretty cool.   8:30 service all huh?  They usually try to save those for the single women customers.   :)
