I love the one where Bart and Lisa are watching a horror movie (I think the movie theater they go to is called the Springfield Googolplex)...
Lisa covers her eyes in a gory part...
Bart says: If you don't watch the violence, you'll never get desensitized to it!
Lisa covers her eyes and tells him to tell her when the scary part is over.
Bart tells her it's over, she opens her eyes, and the whole crowd in the theater turns red as the screen gets super gory.
Awesome.

The otto episode. tried to find a clip it's the spinal tap one.
Bart get's a guitar but gives up after a nanosecond of trying.
and Homer is doing the loving dad thing and consoles him - something like -
Homer - "if somethings hard to do it's best to give up, let's watch TV"
Bart - what's on ?
Homer - "it doesn't matter" - said in a caring way
Just cracks me up - it is so wrong.
Homer, Marge and Lisa are in a car that avoids a deer and crashes
Homer: Doh!
Marge: A deer!
Lisa: A female deer!
Pregnant pause for the joke to sink in! Classic, in more ways than one.
