We went to a local firework display last night. Usually local events like this are pretty lame, but this time the company doing the show were the same guys that did the Olympics opening and closing ceremonies. Absolutely amazing and some really heavy bangs and booms. Really enjoyed that !

Thank you sir. I do feel a bit better. Just worried about my girls. But I am trying to make myself understand I have a very limited amount of imput with them now and there is only so much I can do. Once I get this understanding firmly planted in my mind, I can start to rebuild my life without any guilty feelings. That's goal 1. When I get their, I''ll establish goal 2 etc. I have much to work on. But..... I have the rest of my life to achieve my goals and no pressure to fix it by next week. I am in complete control of me now and that actually feels pretty Damn good for a change!!.
