why is it so much trouble to log in here from my Blackberry? I don't have any trouble getting into the other sites I visit. I have had problems since I got the blackberry, logging into the bert cave. I know my user name and password. Duh. Sometimes it even shows "welcome Dreamtheaterrules" at the top and then below it says "you were not logged in because the user name or password is wrong." Sometimes I get in fine. Seems every time I clear my cache on the phone and have to log back in, it's a hassle. This time it's been 3 days and I still can't get in.
Anyone have a clue what's up with this?
Fuck if I know. My iPhone works here without issues. Blackberries are not really designed for serious web browsing... email they are great at. If you want a browser phone, something with either Apple or Google in the name will probably make you much happier.
Buy something Russian or Chinese.

I need a way to connect a printer to my phone.....CHARGER.....ever attempted that? Or do you know a way to get that done? I have Documents to Go and need to print them on the fly at times.

buying a new phone just to come here when I'm away from the computer is not an option. I manages every other site I go to just fine. The Gear Page, ESPN, Build Your Own Clone, MLB.com, etc., etc., I have had a problem since I first tried to log into this site with it. Tried 3 times again last night after posting this. I will not take my password. I logged back in on the laptop to verify which password I was using and was correct.
You just don't have the right pedal in your pedal board for that phone Howie.
Strangely, there are a number of forums FOR blackberry users out there built on this software (Yabb)... I'd assume it works, then. Not sure what to tell you. I'd apply a blackberry patch if there was one, but there isn't. What browser is on that thing btw?
just to show you how screwy it is... I tried multiple times to log in yesterday. Always got a password error. Today I hit the link on my blackberry and it logged right in and didn't ask for my password. Yesterday when it wouldn't accept it, I checked the "log in for keeps" button. Today, it logs me right in with no password as if it saved the one it wouldn't accept yesterday.
This is the 4th time this has happened, but usually I get in after a couple tries. Every time I clear the cache and cookies on my phone, I go through this. This time was just much longer until it worked. Weird!
Just fwiw, if you clear cookies on your phone, of course you're going to have to re-login. Also, there is something about the page you hit on logon... I've noticed that when I pull the site from my history, by typing the first few letters to go to the page, I sometimes end up on the logon page. Seems like if you hit "chargermusic.com" at the beginning of the URI, instead of "www.chargermusic.com" you always hit the logon page. Not sure why.
