Came a few days ago, no charge all, done better than new. Cool on Seymour Duncan

Am fixing up the shed/office/studio with new paint and flooring and the DAW is partially unplugged including all of the input devices. Maybe in a month it will be back up and running.
That's good news!  Surprised they did it all for free... nice folks there.

Excellent customer support, I was a little miffed at them because I tried to communicate with them for 2 weeks with no response. Turns out that some folks were out sick, after that was over I got return phone calls within hours or less and everything went well.
yeah, I've heard nothing but good about their CS.  That's why I jumped in right away when you initially didn't get the service you expected.
