I am bummed to see the wateringhole go.  man,  I think I was #13 or something.  lots of great memories.
lots of great friends.  you can pop in with your cup of coffee in the AM or pop in during the middle of the day when you're on a long winded conference call etc...  I tended to filter out the bad, but great people with common interests.

Kudos to Mark for hosting it for so many years.  Mark, I am glad to call you my friend.  If I am ever out in PA, I will look you up and treat you to a killer bottle of red.  We all owe you a huge gratitude of thanks.

great to see all of the familiar faces..   craig, bon, dtr, kev,rex, db, ttbb, cin,schneidas, dearth etc..and how about return of the stratman... wow,   watch out moving.or.

Back from the dead!  (So to speak.)  :)

now you mention it that way, kind of spooky..

craig,  I saw boston last month in seattle and finally met the real TS.
pretty cool experience.  what a guitarist.  heck of a nice guy.  not as social as brad.  
my son has a signed drum stick from Brad Delp and gave it to Tom to sign.  tom was cool,  he looked at my son and said, man this is such an honor to sign next to Brad's name.  he also signed my sons boston concert shirt, front row ticket stub and gave him a boston hat with his signature under the bill and by hand drew out the boston logo. gave him a signed TS guitar pic.  ok, I got a few as well. hung out with his wife after the show and she was the coolest.    he was right in the middle of his "walk on" solo just jamming and his wife kim walked up to me and said "thats my man" ... she was pretty proud.

you can go to youtube and type in seattle washington or redmond,washington on july 10th.  check out the clips of star spangled banner,  long time, rock and roll band.  the guy taking the video was right behind me to the left.  you can see parts of my son and his friends taking pictures with their phone cameras and you can see the side of my hat. its dark, but its green and says  oregon ducks.



man oh man.... a night we will never forget... the concert rocked.   styx  opened the show and were incredible.

Oh man... And now I'm bummed out again!  I totally forgot about that concert.  Two of my favorites and you got to meet Tom!  How cool is that?

I wonder if I'll get a second chance once I can actually afford to go?

I am broke now, but was worth it.   it was cool hearing tom warm up playing smoke on the water with boston sound...the entire band was cool.  michael sweet from stryper was very impressive. lots of energy on stage.  extremely nice guy with solid vocals.   tommy decarlo was spooky werid.. spot on delp vocals in songs like "rock and roll band, don't look back etc...

he kept coming after me after the show and saying man, thats cool you brought the boys.. family  man thats what it is all about. kimberly was very cool.. they 're all so skinny.. almost rocker skinny.  she does have some huuge hoots and I don't think they're store boughts.   very friendly people.  i will share the pics with you later...

That's cool scholzy. There was a time when I really dug Boston and Styx bigtime. But then again I liked REO Speedwagon and Rick Springfield too soooo take it for what it's worth.  :)
