Bored tonight and checking out vids....I thought of something that always caught my ear....backup vocals. (I was really bored).

But it gave me something to do....so I checked out some tunes that the backup harmonies really made the songs. I came up with 3 favs....and here they are:

Yeah...kinda gay. But whatever. I'm bored. Any you guys can come up with heavy on the vocs?
Lots of Boston songs? :)
loves me some Dokken.   George rips!
How about every Def Leppard album? Or everything ever produced by Mutt Lange? Or the Indigo Girls?
At the jam last night, we were playing a bunch of Pixies tunes, and we got to listening, and we were all stoked at how the vocal harmonies worked out... Frank Black always lays down a high line, then Kim Deal harmonizes below him.  It is a totally unique sound.
Mmm... Pixies! :)
