Anytime that you see a new google logo just click on it and it will tell you what it's all about, or just hover the mouse over it for a yellow hint box

Hold your mouse over it an you'll see it say "Robert Moog's 78th birthday".
This is a glorious little app... the way they implemented the 4 track recorder is killer, and the filters are fantastic... all in HTML5...
Those of us who are nuts over crap like this were all over this yesterday, on the Australian and Japanese pages, when it was his birthday there... lots of threads on Facebook...

You mean to say this is the first time you've ever noticed the dozens of special logos that Google makes for different occasions Howie??? Damn!
I've had fun playing that synth logo a few times today. The knobs actually make things change. Very enjoyable! :)
(As for Bob's b-day, I'm just glad I got to meet him before he passed on. We sat together and watched Andy from the Institute of Noise play with a band. Very cool!)

Craig, no, never said that. I go to the google search page almost every day, so I've seen many. I just knew this one was right up Chargers ally, and cool for the rest of us gear heads.
