Try to type the name J-0-e-y (regular without hyphens like I did).  Charger has the board software do an auto-substitution of "Joey" for his name.  It's hilarious IMHO.

I'm not totally sure of the issues behind the board disintegration, but from my perspective, it was a lot like an eccentric girlfriend for Mark.  At first it's cool that she smokes, speaks her mind, stays out late and comes home shitfaced, rearranges all your crap, and talks about bullshit all day long.  After a few years, you can't remember why it was you liked her.  The Hole had lost that new relationship magic for Mark.

That....or she brought home the gift that keeps on giving.....

probably right on here.  And it had lost that new relationship magic for others, I'm sure.  Really digging the vibe here so far.  I haven't even had to call Fingers a "Limey Bastard" yet!  LMAO!  

Like to get Richards forum moving along more though...  I don't know if he's waiting for questions or what, but I'd like to see him, Paul, Charger etc, start putting in some things there.  

Yeah.  I have a big mix that I'm going to throw up there... only a minute or two of it, I just have to find time to chop it up and make it work.  It's nothing spectacular--jazz stuff--but my buddy and I threw up a bunch of mics, I think we had five overheads on the drums alone, plus room mics, everything close-miced, and a mic outside the kick.  On top of that, two mics on guitar + a DI, and a mic + DI on the bass.  It will be a pretty cool opportunity to mess with a session that really gives you a LOT of options...

Well, if he isn't telling you or Bon then I'm not going to expand on what's been said.  I do know a bit more and it boils down to the fact that someone was a major dick and probably Mark's just burnt out with forums right now.  I didn't necessarily agree with Mark's response to the situation, but I'm also not the one putting up the forum.  So be it.

Mark told me everything - but I can't tell you - suffice to say it was pretty dark and depressing and involved forces beyond the control of moderation on a board.
