PS: BTW, the original statue is in Bremen, 50 KM from where I live, and it's called "Juengling und Schicksalsgoettin" which translates into "Young lad and goddess of fate".

No, Schicksal = fate, Goettin = goddess.
I live in Oldenburg, a city of about 175 000 inhabitants, Bremen is 50KM and Hamburg 180 KM to the east, yep, it's a pretty nice area.

Wine fest season is fixing to start up there now in the Rhein and Mosel regions.
Damn it, I wish I could be there this year.
It seems like something always comes up.
One day, I've got to make it back and just travel a little.
Gotta talk the wife into it though.
Seems like everytime I mention it...she'll say...."You know, for that money we could go to some island."
