I went in to Thunderbird Hospital this morning at 5:30 AM and they did a cystoscopy and ureteral dilation. They went up my shriveled old junk with a cystoscope, looked at the uriter on my right side, and then dilated it with a balloon. Pissing burns. But, I can pee, I can pee Hallelujah I can pee. I think all went well, I had ice cream on the way home to congratulate myself.
Congrats, I guess?

Ah come on, old age is a treat, instead of going off to work every day I usually just do whatever I like doing for the whole day, no schedules, no stress.

If I die today, no big problemo, I am completely satisfied with my life as it has unfolded, but if I can get a few more pieces of ass before I die, all the better. ;D God bless the guy who invented Viagra and Cialis which I like better.
sometimes in life, it's the little things (no pun intended  ;D) in life that matter most.

The burning did not come around until 3 hours after the ice cream.

Believe me I would prefer to feel as good as I did in my youth. But one thing I can be sure of, if you survive to old age, you too will experience these things. I am just foretelling your future, that is if you reach old age. The bodies wear out just like an old car. Some like me, in their late sixties, others in their seventies and eighties but sure enough it happens to all of us.  My wrist joints hurt all of the time, my knee joints are giving out slowly. I am simply falling apart slowly. However my mind is as clear as it has ever been. I have an understanding of life on this planet that I never could grasp in my youth. So even though the body invariably fails, and it is hard work to stay positive, there are some great advantages in living to old age. The clarity is astounding, if you pursue awareness as a goal, which I am doing. Only in my old age did I have the time to do this.
I was just kidding around,
It's life and I have no doubt that there
are positives as well as negatives.

As Sinatra said when asked how he felt about being 70
considering the alternative - great :)
My old Dad had problems in that department years ago when he was only 55 !   His prostate was constricting the flow, so they operated and the flow was fine.  He died when he was 80....actually he would have been 91 now if he was still around !

I remember the Ronald Reagan quote, when asked if he was glad to be here he answered "at my age I'm glad to be anywhere"  ;D

EDIT: PS, hope all goes well with it !
Thanks, guys
