I've been spending some time on youtube listening to a number of different types of amps recently. And the one thing I see in just about every comment thread below the vid....somebody (if not 2 or 3) asks the question...'Can this amp do metal?'.
Um.
Really?
First...did you actually listen to the amp in the youtube video? If so, What do you think? (I know that is a difficult thing to ask for anybody under the age of 22 these days).
Kids are relying more and more on what they find reading online than what they hear (which takes extra effort). I could sell Peavey Windsors all day long just by saying 'sure...it can do metal'. Seriously. And sadly.
Unless they all have Howie's modified Metal Zone pedals. Then every amp can do metal :)
