I know Louisiana was considered before the hurricane, but damn. And look at the southern states in the top 10, including the Tide, or Alabama. ;D And that study is done before the Tide wins the Championship, by God. ;D

AZ is number 5, I been in all of the other southern states, they never made me as happy as I am in Az. And for the first 49 years of my life I lived mostly in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Gawd I hated living in those states. Nowadays I am just comfy as can be here in the Sonoran Desert.
