Heartbreaking doesn't even begin to describe it. I often worry about having my meager collection of gear stolen; but a guitar I have been attached to for 43 years, I could not even imagine.
I've had my Ibanez Artist AS200 (1984) for 27years now, I am emotionally attached to it, I hate the thought of ever losing it.
but when you kick the bucket, I want that one to match my 79 solid body artist.
Unfortunately my youngest son already has put dibs on it. He's not even going to wait for me to die, he said "Dad, when you go into a nursing home....." >:(
