The Watering Hole

Well we are off on an adventure Thursday morning (After my Urologist appointment at 8:10 AM). First to Oakhurst California to stay the night at Oakhurst Lodge then a ride through Yosemite National Park Friday, leaving out the East Gate to Lee Vining Cali and up Hy 395 to Carson City Nevada, We have a hotel confirmed at both places. I once lived in Carson City for several years, and I want to revisit the place a bit. Then off to Cobb Area California to get my niece set up so she can record her piano to MIDI files, and send those to me so we can begin an album project we have envisioned. It will be a pleasure to begin recording again.

I talked my wifey out of stopping in Las Vegas, because I don't want to schlep my guitars and pedal board and amp up and down steps and elevators along with my luggage and cooler and leave my car off in some parking building. I am staying in motels that I can drive right up to the room and put the stuff right in the room with us.

Thanks Howie, I will try my best to have as much fun as humanly possible. Yosemite is all new for me. One of the few national parks I have not ever visited.
