Just wanted you guys to know that Rik had a heart a attack Monday morning. He's fine and in good spirits. They put four stints in as four of his arteries were like 95% blocked. Just thought I'd let you fuckers know.

I guess Joanne texted Matt and told him,cool.A heart attack really is a life changing experiance. I won't go into detail unless I'm asked to, but all I can say is thanks to Joanne for her fast thinking to call 911. if I was asleep, I was told I would have never wakened up the next morning.So all I can say now is : Rock On Mother fuckers
