I have been trying to get a RA# from them for two weeks including two e-mails and two calls and no response at all. I have been reasonable in every instance, polite in fact but they do not seem to want to respond.
My Twin Tube distortion stomp is making some weird noises, and I want to send it back to them for repairs.
Think twice about doing biz with them, if that is an example of how they treat their customers.
