Watched part of that show last evening, it was recorded in 1983 (I think it was 1983).
After all these years I still like those two guys and the way they played. Of course the blues is not all that technically complex, but I just like the sound they got. The back up band was excellent, simple, out of the way but right on. I would have liked to hear the Organ player pumped up in the mix a bit but otherwise it was a real good show. The bass player was sterling. (I am a big fan of rhythm sections/sidemen.)
