49 F here at the coldest last night. It does freeze here briefly on some few winter nights, but it usually gets back up to 60's-70's and never below the fifties in the heat of the day even at the coldest times of the year.

My business partner (whose house I'm staying in) cuts costs until we get an order, so it's actually been under 50 degrees INSIDE downstairs. My room is upstairs and, between me and the PC which is always on, it stays between 58 and 62 degrees - neither of which bother me (I've got stuff I can put on).
I have far more problems dealing with heat. Oh well, that's why I live up here and you live down there! ;)

Got to 77*F here today so far, Windows open, doors open, Sun is shining. Can't complain.
