The Watering Hole

Anyone know of some good, free, video conversion software?  I'd like to be able to rip DVDs to my Zen, or at least be able to download one type of video file and convert it to another.  Example being our digital camera takes little movies, and I bought Amy a digital picture frame that shows pictures and movies, but of a different format.  

Any good software to convert  DIVX, MOV, MP3 etc files from one format to the other?  

I've been using this program for a couple of years now, works great. Its main feature is joining/spliting all sorts of vid files but it also converts. It also allows you to alter sizes, aspect ratio, quality (bitrate/file size), etc.

I'm not sure if this demo version has all the tools avail, etc...but if you try it and like, lemme know, I'll upload the full version I have for ya. (=
