Looong story short, we actually broke up for a period. But she eventually decided I was better for her than the Lawyer that caught her attention (yeah...that really happened).
Anyhoo....we are back together, but not quite back to 'engaged' status. Everything is great, but I'm proceeding at a 'cautious' pace. I will say that these last 6 months have been the best we have had, and SHE is now pushing ME for the ring thingy. And she will get it when I feel comfortable enough to give it to her. Which in fact I already do....but I'm making her sweat a little.... ;)

Hope everything works out good for you!! I've been married 2 times. Try to keep in mind that there is no rush to get married. Marriage changes things, enjoy the dating her thing. Thats my only advice or opinion. ;D
