Listening to Music

Believe it, or not, IEG turned me onto a cd that isn't too bad.

"Praises to the War Machine" by Warrel Dane.  Dane is normally the lead singer for the band Nevermore.  This is his first solo cd.  It actually ends up being more straightforward than the music with Nevermore.  He also tends to get out of some of his normal vocal patterns (he tends to be a little predictable with Nevermore IMHO).

FYI, no 'Kookie'.

I'd post a tidbit, but I bought it on iTunes.

I'll put it on my list to check out for the next time I do my massive yearly tune purchase!  ;)

I've picked up a few things from Nathan's suggestions to fill out my collection a bit (like Depswa, VAST and Opeth).
