Just bought blu-ray disk of the Royal Albert Hall concert. Damn, don’t know how I missed this guy before, great stuff all round and a fantastic concert.

Got a bunch of his CD's, but hadn't heard about this live one.  Here's three songs from it (all off of Ocean Machine actually).  He was Steve Vai's singer.

Yep, all good. Looks like most of the RAH blu ray is on youtube, better on blu ray though, sounds better, looks better and no adverts !

Good stuff.

It would be sweet to be in the room (especially RAH)! I imagine the sound is superb there.

I've been to RAH a few times. The venue is great for classical music as it is a very very reverberant place, but for a full band, if you are down at the front it's fine, but if you are mid way or at the back it's terrible, all you hear is a wash of reverb and a muddled mess.

Having said that, I would haved love to be there for the Devin Townsend concert.
