Here's my latest (and final) attempt at zeps Rock and Roll.
I recorded this "live" in one take, with no overdubs or trickery.

Recorded the guitar straight into Reaper along with my backing track.
Recorded the video on my Canon Ixus still camera in video mode (also record poor quality sound at same time on the camer)
Mixed down the audio from Reaper to a stereo wav.
Imported the video to Sonar
Imported the Reaper mixdown wav into Sonar.
Manually synced the camera soundtrack and the Reaper mixdown soundtrack (by referencing a "clapper board" peak.
Muted the camera soundtrack.
Exported the video with the Reaper soundtrack to an AVI file.
Imported AVI into Windows Movie Maker
Added titles
Final Export to wmv file.
