I have a clean patch I did last night, that I'm going to be using when I play Sunday night. I'll send it too you to check out. A very simple patch, based on the Dr. Z. Sounds fantastic with neck or bridge single coils! (or middle or in between positions for that matter).

Love the tone on the thing. I am seriously thinking Pod HD Bean. It has most of the things the 500 has except some of the hookups and of course the pedal board. But all the sounds and effects. $399 here in the USA, I think I paid $299 for the Pod XT. Anyways nice playing and good tone, I am liking the HD real good so far...
But of course as usual the bean doesn't have the necessary I/O such as MIDI and Variax. I have both a Variax and MIDI foot controller so Line 6 has lost another customer.
I doubt that one day they will learn.

I don't need those things for a table top guitar pre going into the DAW exclusively. I would like MIDI in-outs because I do also have a MIDI foot controller, but it is not necessary for recording..... I don't have a Variax so I do not need an in for that.
