This is back in 1999 when I got my first Windows Computer it came with a Camera and a videogram applet. See if it works for you.

It an executable file but it is clean as a whistle (I hope)

You have to change the extension from MP3 to .EXE (in Caps) because it would not let me upload the .EXE

It is a self playing videogram.
