A new "song"  I played using the Peavey DB 115.

That's mighty fine there Marco, some lovely playing.

All of those sounds fit really nicely in the mix too!

Really good job.

Jon
Thanks a lot Jon ! Too kind, as always ! :)

Not too kind at all Marco, I call it as I see it (and hear it)
and that is damn fine my friend!  Really top notch !  :)
Splendida partita e il tono, come al solito il mio amico (Wonderful playing and tone as usual my friend)
And all in one take! Get out of that bedroom and on to the stage!
Damn it Marco, Max is right. Get yourself in a band NOW dude......Or is your situation like mine? Where you can't find any decent like minded muso's to play with that are in your area?

Good vid as well. Did you just play along to the BT and let the camera mic pick it up or did you overdub the sound track?
:)  Thanks very much, guys !!

I've joined my band (the "Travellin' blues band" ) few months ago and ....damn, we're gigging !! I can't believe that, it's amazing !!!! :)

For the vid, I use the JonG technique...using both camera and pc (using Reaper) so while I record the vid, what I play is recorded in an audio track too. Then from Reaper I export the mix in an mp3 file.
With "Windows movie maker" I mix  the video and the mp3 audio file !

Well.... I hope that Jon will be kind enough to explain the process with better words.. :D

Thanks again !!
Ciao,
Marco

Dammit man. That's awsome tone and playing. I am speechless to be honest.  :o

Thanks Zonta !!! :)

Nice work, sir! I can't believe you get that great sound out of such a minimalist rig (Peavey DB 115 and a DD-3).

You must have good finger tone, too. It was kind of Eric Johnson-y (high praise from me). Kind of an "East Wes" vibe.

I enjoyed it a lot!
Tripper
Thanks Tripper !

The more I play the more I like my DB ! I've purchased a second hand Peavey Classic 50 too as a backup and despite there're similar tones because of the same amp's structure, the DB seems to "breath"...don't know how to explain, it is alive ! :-)

Thanks again !

Ciao !
