Not sure how this sounds through speakers as all monitored and mixed through headphones.  I have deliberately over egged the drive on this as know how Howie likes his drive. Even so, on the overdrive channel (during the 2nd part) the preamp is only on 7, mind you there's not much useful sound past 7 on the overdrive channel in my opinion.

Just a mish-mash of random wanking and then some cleanish stuff at the end.

0:00 TO 01:50 crunch channel  - preamp = 7   master = 7  Les Paul flick between bridge & neck

01:50 02:20 overdrive channel - preamp = 7  master = 7  Les Paul bridge & neck out of phase

02:21 to end crunch channel - preamp = 3 master = 7 Les Paul neck

Sounds damn good.
one little thing is that it could use... a low end cut maybe - some of the neck low notes were pushing into sub territory. other than that, sounds cool to me!

btw, anyone ever figured out how to replicate what page did with his stereo separation on How the West Was Won? not sure if it's digital sample delay or if those live shows had multiple mics... or what.
I've got no issues with that.  I thought it sounded pretty damned good.  Pretty Impressive.  Nice playing too.  That clean was really sweet.
I like it!!!
Thanks chaps !    It is an all round excellent amp that covers everything that I need in one box.  It works particularly well by riding the volume pots on the guitar to go from clean to insane without ever touching the amp.  These amps really are amazing value for money.

You are probably right on the low end as I have yet to hear this through speakers myself.

re:  How the west was won.....I've always thought that sounds like different mics on different amps & cabs as the left channel bloom sounds different to the right to me and I suspect that there's some small delay going on too to make it more separate. May be completely wrong but that's my best guess.
Sounds awesome!   ;)

The section at the end with the gain on 3, that sounds amazing.
Me likey.  :)

A bit bassy as a certain Sheep has already mentioned, but guitar sounds great!

This amp has a really nice transition from clean to breakup that really gently and smoothly breaks up with a bit of a push from how hard you pick/strum.
Yup.  I like it.  I can never judge bottom end on a guitar sound, unless it's completely lacking :)
Not being able to judge a bottom is robbing you of one of the great joys in life, my friend!    Oh way, you said on a guitar.... never mind.   ;D
Jon, as your doctor, I am prescribing a 1x12 with a Warehouse Green Beret or other suitable "greedback" type speaker.

Don't need a cab at home anymore.  There are plenty of cabs at the rehearsal studio that I use.  Makes it nice and easy and light to travel.

I will be rehearsing some stuff with my son Oliver in the next few weeks.  He has now been having drum lessons every week for the past few months and he really is quite good, very tight.  I will take the video camera when we next go in a couple of weeks and you can see us in action.  Really enjoying life as a dad more than ever now....quite amazing really that Oliver likes to spend time with his old man at 15.  When I was his age I was just a big throbbing penis on a constant quest for women  ;D

Just been messing about with the drum track so here's a remix, also dropped the bass a bit.
