Here's a couple of examples of my new handbuilt mahaffay amp...30 watt amp with 6 inch speaker.

Both these clips are recorded using the internal 6 inch speaker.

edit:  mic'd with sm57 in both examples  (les paul in humbucker mode)
and the simple bass line was recorded with bass guitar into peavey C30 and mic'd with e609

Sounds great, playing was pretty cool also. What speaker/mike set up?

It's the amps internal 6 inch speaker (proprietory) and mic'd with an sm57....I dropped the mids quite a bit in protools, but could probably do with dropping the mids a bit more.
Nice!  Is your next demo going to be with a 12" speaker to see the difference?

(  ;) )
here's another go with a 12 incher !

The thing sounds huge, good acquisition.
I like the 12" speaker a lot.  The 6 has quite a bit of grain... I'm sure you noticed that.  It's still there with the 12" but much more tasty.
Here's one more go before I record something "proper" with this amp.  12 incher again
